Cristy Fermin slams Vice Ganda over SONA protests

July 30, 2014 Philippine Local News / Showbiz News

Cristy Fermin had lengthy words for Vice Ganda on radio Wednesday after ‘It’s Showtime’ host tweeted and ridiculed some protesters and demonstrators against President Benigno Aquino III over his unyielding stance on the Disbursement Acceleration Program and other issues.

At first, Vice revealed that for the first time he got so emotional and affected while listening to SONA. His succeeding tweets already ridiculed some of the demonstrators. He said, “Hindi lahat ng nagpoprotesta totoong nag aaklas. Yung iba dyan nabayaran lang at sinuhulan ng pambili ng bigas.”

His tweet caught the ire of Bayan Muna representative and 2013 senatorial candidate Teddy Casiño.

@teddycasino”

This exchange of tweets caught the attention of Cristy Fermin and Richard Pinlac and aired their sides during the Wednesday episode of Radyo 5′s Cristy Perminute. Cristy said that Vice should be careful of his comments and should avoid using the rallyists, who in no way elevated him to where he is now.

Following is their commentaries during the Wednesday’s episode of “Cristy Perminute”.

Cristy further stated that Vice has no right to comment and accused some of the protesters that they had only joined the protests because they were paid to buy rice.

In the later part of the conversation, Cristy accused Vice that he too had no good governance towards his house helpers, maids, and drivers.
