“America’s Next Top Model” host Tyra Banks impressed by Paolo Ballesteros’ make-up transformations

On October 11, the impressed supermodel posted in her Facebook page a screenshot of Paolo Ballesteros’ “Tyra Beks” make-up transformation and commented that Paolo did a great job of looking like her.

“I think he did a great job looking like me,” commented Tyra Banks.

Tyra, also a host of her own talk show “The Tyra Banks Show,” said in jest that Paolo would have been more successful if he used Tyra Beauty make-up.

“But maybe if he’d have used #TYRAbeauty makeup, he woulda been more successful,” joked Banks.

The supermodel-turned-entrepreneur recently launched Tyra Beauty cosmetics line, which Tyra says will allow ordinary women to work with their assets and transform themselves.

Tyra Banks’ re-post of Paolo’s impression of her have been shared more than 3,000 times and have 105,000 likes as of Sunday 10 a.m. while the Eat Bulaga’s host’s original post on his Instagram account @pochoy_29 received almost 20,000 likes.

Paolo’s make-up transformations has been a hit among local netizens and was recently featured in several international media sites such as Oh No They Didn’t, Elite Daily, Cosmopolitan US, Cosmopolitan UK, Daily Mail, USA Today, and MTV.

Haley Blum of “Entertain This” blog said “This guy transforms via makeup into female celebs and it’s amazing, albeit slightly terrifying how close he gets in resemblance.

She added, “If you’ve never believed in the power of makeup before, this may change your mind.”

Unknown to many, Paolo Ballesteros is a great grandson of Filipino national artist and painter Fernando Amorsolo.
