Enchong Dee Freudian slip: “Bet ko rin ang Chinito”

Is this a case of Enchong Dee making a Freudian slip? Earlier today, Enchong Dee was interviewed on MOR 101.9 For Life, ABS-CBN’s FM radio network. Enchong Dee was promoting his new single, “Chinito Problems.” (LOL, I don’t even know he is a singer too!)

One of the questions that the radio jock asked of him was: “Ano ang gusto mo sa babae? May specific features ba?” (What do you want in a girl? Do you like one with specific features?)

Enchong Dee replied: “Well, wala naman specific kung CHINITO or chinita,” after saying this, Enchong Dee panicked, he then said: “Ano ba? yuuun.. basta!” (I don’t have a specific requirement if he or she is chinky-eyed)… (Ooops!!.. whatever).

A Freudian slip is a psychological state, named after Sigmund Freud who made the hypothesis, which is a slip of the tongue that is motivated by and reveals some unconscious aspect of a person’s mind. In short, it is a mistake in speech that shows what the speaker is truly thinking. Enchong Dee has long been rumored to be gay.
