[LOOK] Jay-r Siaboc surrenders himself for using drugs, fears for his life

Cebuano singer Jay-r Siaboc, who was runner up in the Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA), surrendered to the police in Toledo City, western Cebu, out of fear for his life after rumors spread on social media that he was a drug pusher.
