Twelve years after she moved to GMA 7, Jolina Magdangal is back in the Kapamilya network, her original home for ten years.
The 35-year-old actress reunites with former love team Marvin Agustin (who has returned to ABS-CBN himself) in the upcoming teleserye “Flordeliza.”
Reunion with Marvin Agustin
“Happy ako kasi I’ll be working again with direk Wenn (Deramas). With Marvin too, although nagkatrabaho naman kami ni Marvin dati sa GMA. But now, it’s a different Jolina-Marvin na aabangan nila,” the singer-actress-host told Yahoo Philippines.
Jolina started her career in ABS-CBN’s youth gag show “Ang TV” in 1992. Among the teleseryes she did in ABS-CBN were “Labs Ko Si Babe” and “Arriba, Arriba.” Jolina transferred to GMA in 2002 and starred in several projects, including “Iglot” and “I LUV NY” with Marvin.
Jolina clarified that she formally told GMA about her decision to shift network.
Very happy
“Basta gusto ko lang maayos sa pag-alis ko sa GMA, nakapagpaalam ako sa lahat. Very happy sila for me. Kaya sobra akong nata-touch.”
Jolina’s last projects with GMA were “Sunday All Stars” and “Ang Mundo Mo’y Akin.”
