[PHOTOS] Sarah and Kim as Disney princesses

Disney Channel Asia on Monday officially released the posters of Sarah Geronimo and Kim Chiu dressed up as Rapunzel and Mulan, respectively.

The release of the official posters marks the end of Disney’s “12 Days of Princess” campaign. The 12 princess characters will be included in a still-unannounced project in Southeast Asia.

In her photo, Geronimo is seen with a blonde wig as she looks outside the window, similar to the popular scene of Rapunzel in the 2010 animated film “Tangled.”

Chiu, on the other hand, is seen posing as Mulan in pink hanfu.

The first look at Geronimo as Rapunzel came a month after Disney debuted the music video of the pop star’s version of “The Glow,” the theme song of the popular Disney Princess franchise.

Chiu, meanwhile, confirmed in October last year that she had been selected to portray Mulan from the 1998 animated film in an unspecified project.

Disney has yet to reveal the major project the two Kapamilya actresses will be part of.
