It is true that President Aquino skip the commemoration of the second anniversary of Typhoon Yolanda’s devastation in Tacloban City and went to a wedding of tycoon’s son.
House Speaker Sonny Belmonte is also in the said wedding and came to defend the decision of the President. Belmonte said that PNoy already had done enough for Yolanda victims. Belmonte also added that commemoration is in the heart, not in the show.
