[VIRAL] Officer of Diosdado Macapagal Internatonal Airport destroyed someones passport!

pinunit na passport sa mismong immigration.. ..mag ingat po sa lahat ng mga kabayan natin..bI NEED HELP
This morning at about 1:30 am, I arrived in Diosdado Macapagal Internatonal Airport, Clark, Pampanga, Philippines viaTG7231 from Bangkok, Thailand.
I queued in the immigration, they opened 3 lanes for foreign passports while there was only one for Filipino nationals. Inasmuch as there were only few foreigners, the lady guard told us to occupy the lanes vacated by foreigners. My friend holds a diplomatic passport and she went in first to the lane marked “Diplomatic/Foreign Passports”. I followed her. On my turn, I handed my passport and disembarkation/arrival card to the officer. I noticed signage saying “Officer of the Day” on her cubicle.

I greeted her good morning. She took my passport and sat down on her desk. I could barely see her because cubicles in DMIA are made of wood which are above the breast in height and the desks were low added to the fact that the officer is not tall. She asked me several questions to which I replied politely.

Finally, she stood up, handed me my passport but to my great surprise. My passport was mutilated. The cover has been separated from the leaves. I asked her what happened to my passport. She said “SIRA NA PO YONG PASSPORT NYO”. I replied “ HOW COME? I HANDED YOU MY PASSPORT IN GOOD CONDITION”. I got
hysterical knowing that I cannot get out of the country with mutilated passport. She then said “ PUNTA NA LANG PO KAYO SA LIKOD KAKAUSAPIN KO KAYO”. I picked up my passport and faced the other people in queue and I said loudly “ LOOK! SHE DESTROYED MY PASSPORT”. Everyone was shocked. I went at the back of the cubicle but she never minded me. On the door of the cubicle there was lettering “NATIVIDAD”.

Since officer NATIVIDAD kept herself busy stamping passports, I ran to my friend and ask her to take my luggage and I went back to the cubicle of Officer NATIVIDAD. As I approach her cubicle, I saw a man in uniform like her and talking to her. As I walk towards her cubicle, the man in uniform approached me and asked me “ SAAN PO KAYO SA THAILAND? I replied “ SA BANGKOK PO”. Then the man said “ SIRA NA PO TALAGA UNG PASSPORT NYO”. Again I replied “NO SIR! I HANDED MY PASSPORT TO THE OFFICER IN GOOD CONDITION, I TOOK CARE OF MY PASSPORT WELL AND IF IT WAS REALLY “SIRA” AS YOU SAY THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE OF THAILAND IN BANGKOK WILL NEVER ACCEPT IT NOR STAMP MY STUDENT VISA IN THERE”.

The man asked again “ILANG ARAW PO BA KAYO SA PILIPINAS?”, the same question as the lady officer asked me when I handed my passport. I replied “TEN PO”. Then two more male officers in uniformed came, I felt my knees so weak so I sat and they swarmed over me. The lady officer then came and I said “SO WHAT NOW? AS IMMIGRATION OFFICERS, WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST FOR ME TO DO, I NEED TO GO BACK TO THAILAND IN FEW DAYS AND I ALREADY BOOKED MY FLIGHTS”.

One of the man said “KUMONTAK PO KAYO SA THAILAND”. I replied “ WHO IN THAILAND AM I GOING TO CALL? THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE OR MY UNIVERSITY? No reply FROM them, then one man asked me “ANONG EROPLANO PO BA SASAKYAN NYO PABALIK? I replied “TIGER”. He then said, ‘TRY NYO PO CONNTACT ANG TIGER KUNG PAAYGAN NILA KAYO NA SUMAKAY NA GANYAN ANG PASSPORT NYO”. I finally said “OH MY GOD, TIGER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS”. So since I could not get ay concrete answer from them, I stood up and said “ THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU” and I left DMIA with a very heavy heart.

This afternoon, upon the advise f some of my friends, I went back to Clark, Pampanga and reported the incident to the PNP-Aviation Security Group. As I was about to meet the Police Officer in front of the airport near the door leading to departure, I saw again this Officer Natividad in full uniform ready to take her duty. She looked at me and said “KAYO PO YONG KAGABI DI BA?” I said “YES’. She said “ANO NA PO NANGYARI?”. I replied “ I WILL FILE A COMPLAIN”. She said “OK” then she entered the airport then suddenly she returned and said “ANO PO PANGALAN NYO”. My friend answered her “YOU WILL KNOW LATER”.

I will file a formal complain to DFA . Is there anyone in DFA whom you know could help me?e alert po..nangyari po ito kanina madaling araw sa isan pong relatives namin.
