An epic style of burning bridges? AEGIS does it.
In this new ad from AEGIS, video showed how Philippines is incompetent and not supportive to its productivity. Rather than being positive and just lead this 3-minute video to Malaysia’s growth, they mentioned all the negative reason why they are moving.
A video that may serve as a wake-up call, but we find it unnecessary. Pretty much ironic for mentioning a country leading on top of BPO industry. Watch the controversial video below.
This lead to a very interesting comments from different people on social networks:
- Trying to get the BPO Market at the expense of the weaknesses of the Philippines… groundbreaking. Here is to all bpo owners, may this commercial be an eye opener that Malaysia’s lack of creativity and business ethics can lead to the downfall of a bpo who needs teamwork, creativity, harmony and good work ethics. – Yanalinao of Youtube
- As if! Do not blame your failures as a Company on the Ring of Fire. What kind of excuse is this? Somebody actually wasted money and time in this drivel? This is supposed to make you look good? Newsflash: Your company is one of the least preferred BPO’s in the Philippines: low pay, and with the least opportunity for growth. This ad is disgusting and unacceptable! Put it down! – Marco Mendoza of YouTube
- This is probably the most immature and most butthurt advertising campaign ever. -Victor Gebilaguin of YouTube
Don’t blame us for your inefficient management. Stay there and neve come back #shameshameshame – Arian May Abatayo of YouTube
- There is no need to drag the Philippines into your AD! Good luck to the good people of Malaysia. Aegis is nothing more than a soul sucking, talent abusing, mongrel. Who feeds on the other people’s hardship. – Alfred Rosario of YouTube
- A video full of bitterness. If you couldnt keep it in the competition.. why blame the country? This video is so ridiculous. Good luck on transferring. We’ll see how far you’ll go. LOL – PleasingGreen of YouTube
