Sen. Alan Cayetano: Operation was not bungled. They got Marwan. I have been labeled as anti-Muslim. I am not anti-Muslim. I stand by my word and accusation that we should not continue the negotiations for peace with MILF. We should continue quest for peace unless MILF turns its back on terrorism.
