MNLF’s Abul Khayr Alonto: Our proposition is for the immediate legislation of the Bangsamoro Basic Law. We ask Congress to enact a stronger BBL. The Bangsamoro people embraced democracy, but democracy has not provided security, justice. We still want democracy to rule, but the kind of democracy that can ensure a safe future for the children of Mindanao
