A video of a Hungarian camerawoman tripping a migrant breaking through a police line in Roske, southern Hungary has gone viral.

The video, published on Twitter, shows camerawoman Petra Laszlo tripping a man sprinting with a child in his arms, and then taking a video of the man.

Another video showed Laszlo kicking another running child during the disturbance.

Footage of the incident from the camerawoman’s perspective later appeared on N1TV, an internet-based TV station close to Hungary’s far-right Jobbik party.

N1TV’s editor-in-chief Szabolcs Kisberk later announced that Laszlo had been fired for behaving in an unacceptable way at the Roszke collection point.

“The camerawoman’s employment contract has been terminated with immediate effect as of today, we consider the matter closed,” the statement read.

The scenes took place as hundreds of migrants broke through a police line at a collection point close to the Serbian border where thousands have been crossing over each day for the past month.
